At Triple B Steel, all sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our plasma-cut metal products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

Damages or Issues

We take pride in the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at jeff@triplebsteel.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work with you to make it right where appropriate.

 

Custom Orders

All items are made to order and customized based on your specifications. Because of this, no cancellations, changes, or returns can be made once an order is placed.
